ThoughtCove Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of ThoughtCove, a product of Route 37 Studios LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using ThoughtCove, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using ThoughtCove, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms of Use. If you are using ThoughtCove on behalf of an organization, you agree to these terms on behalf of that organization.

2. Use of the Platform

ThoughtCove allows users to create, share, and participate in polls. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the platform.

You agree not to submit false or fraudulent poll responses, use automated tools or bots to manipulate poll results, create polls that contain hate speech or illegal content, attempt to circumvent our fraud detection or security measures, or use the platform to collect personal data from minors.

3. Poll Content

You are solely responsible for the content of polls you create. We reserve the right to remove any poll that violates these terms without notice. Polls submitted for public listing are subject to admin review and approval.

4. Private Polls

Private polls are accessible only via a private link. While we take reasonable steps to secure your data, we cannot guarantee that private links will not be shared by recipients. You are responsible for how you distribute your poll links.

5. Poll Results and Data

Poll results on ThoughtCove are for informational and entertainment purposes only. Results are not scientific surveys and do not represent the views of the general population. We make no representations about the accuracy or reliability of poll results.

6. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

ThoughtCove and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Route 37 Studios LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

ThoughtCove is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Route 37 Studios LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of ThoughtCove.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Your continued use of ThoughtCove after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
